5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely back to us.

6. Refund Processing

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
